This peaceful, secluded villa is situated on the east coast of the island of Carriacou. The property sits on approximately an acre and a half of prime waterfront land, with expansive views of neighboring Grenadine islands and the Atlantic Ocean. You access the grounds through a gated entrance, with 800 feet of private road, and are surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. The villa’s clean, modern architectural lines are an exquisite contrast against the palms waving in the cool Caribbean breezes. From the open air foyer, to the stackable wooden sliding doors that open up the entire house, the feeling of space is incomparable.
The main house has a spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a master suite, and one guest bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is its own separate cottage. The living space gives way on the north side of the villa to an open passage hallway that leads to the master suite and one guest bedroom. All the rooms in the main house open up to the pool area. A covered walkway on the south side of the main house connects to the private guest cottage, which also shares an entry to an expansive central courtyard/outdoor dining area. Carriacou is one of three islands that make up the nation of Grenada. Point Blanc is just a short flight from Grenada, Mustique, and Bequia and a short boat trip to Petit St. Vincent or the Tobago Keys.
